Information

We are selling the Rocket Brews name and all the equipment at our location. The new owner will have to apply for all the correct licenses under the new owners name, along with any other local licenses. This may take time, but the landlord is willing to waive a couple of months' rent to help with the name change process.

The asking price is $100K for everything, and the buyer will be required to sign a lease agreement for $1,800 per month + First Month Deposit . The lease requires electricity and gas, but water is included.

There is also an option to purchase equipment and start a lease agreement under new name for half the price.
